An ACE-certified instructor, Vicki makes her classes challenging, intensely energetic yet super fun. Vicki is extremely welcoming to newbies even though she may seem strict. Just be yourself around Vicki, she loves it when people are true to themselves. Her classes can range anything from chill to extremely intense; so be prepared for the unexpected ;)

Apart from being a Group Class instructor, Vicki is also the Head of Personal Training at Tribe and a single mum to 1 daughter and 2 dogs. Vicki may have a very strong RBF game, but let her appearance deter you. IRL, she’s a darling! Vicki voluntarily spends time with independent rescues and trap-neuter-releases stray dogs and cats!
