Steff is known for her infectious energy (think Energizer Bunny levels of cheer and bounce) with a personality that’s cheerful, kind, and a little unfiltered. She loves exercise a little too much and is passionate about encouraging women to focus on how they feel rather than how they look. A proud feminist, she believes in lifting each other up, not competing.

As an instructor, members describe her as kind, energetic, and inspiring, creating a safe, ego-free space where everyone can thrive. Steff teaches both Rhythmic Bootcamp and Recovery Flow. Bootcamp challenges your cardiovascular endurance and mental resilience, expect to leave “fully cooked” but proud of what you’ve accomplished. Recovery Flow is the perfect rest-day reset, blending yoga and Pilates to strengthen, restore, and reconnect body and mind.

Steff joined TRIBE in early 2024 and has since made it her happy place, bringing energy, fun, and heart to every class.
