Having trained with professional boxers back in London, Steff’s classes include a full range of boxing skills, including classic footwork and defense techniques. Her warm personality and endless bundles of energy shines through in her classes as she carefully guides you through unique & original combos, set to the beat of sick Hip Hop, Grime, RnB & London Garage tracks. If she attempts to rap in class, well, you have been warned.

What can you expect to feel walking out of her class? Two words: Bloody fantastic.

Outside of boxing, Steff is a fun but fierce feminist, and loves nothing more than to see people grow and find their voice in the world. She is also a sucker for reality TV, and she loves to tan!
