SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

ALL STUDIOS | OPERATIONS | FULL-TIME

JOB OVERVIEW

You will support the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of TRIBE studios. You will be assisting in the execution of both on-ground and back-end operational tasks, customer service management, and community-building initiatives.

This role will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoy solving problems creatively, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to both members and guests. As our Senior Executive, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to support the growth of the TRIBE brand.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Support:

    • Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of TRIBE studios, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

    • Help ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and overall maintenance of the studio environment to enhance member experience.

    • Monitor studio attendance trends and assist in developing strategies to optimize class schedules and attendance.

    • Assist with the creation of operational reports related to class attendance, customer feedback, sales progression, and other key performance indicators.

    • Support the smooth execution of internal and external initiatives related to class innovation and brand growth.

  • Customer Service & Member Relations:

    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with bookings, inquiries, product offerings, and other requests.

    • Actively address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and positive resolution.

    • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages member engagement and satisfaction.

    • Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality in alignment with TRIBE values.

  • Employee Support & Development:

    • Support the onboarding, training, and development of Front-of-House staff to ensure they are well-equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

    • Assist in coaching and motivating Front-of-House team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

    • Help the Operations Manager assess staffing needs and support the recruitment process when necessary.

  • Community Engagement & Events:

    • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of studio events and community engagement initiatives, including special events and campaigns.

    • Support the execution of internal and external marketing initiatives aimed at increasing membership, customer acquisition, and community engagement.

    • Foster positive relationships with TRIBE members and instructors to increase community participation and brand loyalty.

    • Contribute ideas and support the development of community outreach programs aligned with TRIBE’s mission and vision.

  • Administrative & Operational Assistance:

    • Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock levels of products and supplies are properly maintained.

    • Help monitor studio maintenance needs and communicate these to the Operations Manager for timely action.

    • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and team coordination.
