INTRO TO RIDE

In this 50-minute introductory session, you will embark on a RIDE that will transform you. Whether you're a first-time rider or a seasoned cyclist, this class is tailored to accommodate everyone, focusing on building a solid foundation and an introductory experience you won’t forget!

RIDE

Ideal for cycling enthusiasts who have mastered the basics, this class provides the opportunity for riders to work on intensity and endurance. Ultimately it is about experiencing the unique joy of a TRIBE RIDE. Join us and let the rhythm move you as you VIBE with the TRIBE.

ADVANCED RIDE

In this advanced class, we raise the bar for riders who have not only mastered the basics but are ready to embrace the challenge of sustained intensity and endurance. Ideal for those who have mastered jogs and are able to maintain double times for a sustained period of time, this class is a testament to your cycling abilities.

THEMED RIDE

Join us for a themed ride to spice up your day! Whether it’s a Taylor Swift theme spin class, Kpop / Blackpink theme, or a Tomorrowland themed ride, we’ll have something for you that’s right up your alley! We switch up our themes weekly, so keep a lookout on our schedule!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • At TRIBE, we offer a variety of different workouts, including group classes for boxing, spin classes, and training classes such as circuit training, strength & conditioning, and kickboxing. We also offer personal training if you prefer a more individual approach to your fitness routine!

    These are the workouts offered in each studio:

    TRIBE Bukit Kiara (BK): Ride

    TRIBE Mont Kiara (MK): Boxing, Personal Training

    TRIBE Tropicana (TG): Boxing, Training Classes, Personal Training

    For first-timers, we offer a Trial Combo package (for first-time purchase) which allows you to join any 3 classes in any of our studios within a month.

    We recommend that you come 15 - 20 minutes prior a the start of your class so that you can go through the basics and gear up.

  • You will need to register an account to be able to book a class. You will be prompted to purchase a Group Class package in order to book in for the class. You can click on the steps below for video tutorials on how to complete each step.

  • Bring a pair of socks, a water bottle, a sweat towel, and your energy! We provide the spin shoes necessary for you to clip onto your bike, and we have water dispensers for your convenience.
