TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before purchasing any Online Fitness Service operated by Tribe Boxing Sdn Bhd (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the services promoted by the website.

Tribe Boxing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.

THE CLASS

1. Classes will be conducted on Zoom Video Communications platform.
   
   
2. There can be a maximum class capacity of 100 participants per class.
   
   
3. Class duration is set between 30 minutes to 50 minutes.
   
   
4. List of all participants must be submitted at 48 hours before the scheduled class.
   
   
5. Participants will enter a virtual waiting room before class, where the instructor will allow all members, from the aforementioned participants list, into the virtual class within the Zoom platform.
   
   
6. Participants will be allowed into the Private Online Class, on the Zoom Video Communications platform, from the virtual waiting room within 15 minutes before the confirmed start time of the class.
   
   
7. Participants will be allowed a grace period of 5 minutes after the confirmed start time of the Private Online Class, to be allowed into the class. Participants who come after the 5 minute grace period may be denied entry into the class.
   
   
8. Acknowledgment and payment for any additional participants, after an initial number was confirmed, must be made at least an hour before the scheduled class.
   
   
9. Any person who has not be verified as a participant will be denied entry into the Private Online Class.
   
   
10. By entering the online Zoom video call, all participants hereby declare that they are physically fit to exercise.
    
    
11. Any request to reschedule the confirmed date for the Private Online Class can be made no less than 24 hours before the agreed upon, and confirmed class date.
    
    

1. An invoice will be emailed to the person who submitted the enquiry to organise a Private Online Class.
   
   
2. The date of the class will be confirmed once the payment for the Private Online Class has been received and confirmed by TRIBE Boxing Sdn. Bhd.
   
   
3. TRIBE Boxing Sdn. Bhd. has a right to not conduct any Private Online Class, should we deem insufficient payments had been made.
   
   
4. All payments must be made at least 3 business days before the confirmed scheduled date for the Private Online Class.
   
   
5. All payments made for Online Private Classes are final and non-refundable. Participants who fail to attend the virtual waiting room, on the Zoom Video Communications Platform, on time will not be able to dispute any payments made.
