ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to customers.

• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting member sign-ups, class packages and merchandise to increase revenue.

• Proactively facilitate smooth operation and quality customer service.

• Excellent communication skills in addressing enquiries and resolving issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - weekend, public holidays, early weekday morning, midday, late evening.

• Love the idea of community and developing strategies to foster the sense of community within TRIBE.

• Resourceful, organized, meticulous and have the ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
