Mark is known for his chill, approachable style and motivating presence in class. He pushes members to build strength, endurance, and confidence, balancing serious training with lighthearted humor to keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming. His classes are challenging but encouraging, leaving members with the “good kind of tired”: muscles worked, energy lifted, and confidence renewed.

Mark has had many years of experience in the fitness industry, but when he first joined TRIBE, he knew something felt different from the start. What began as just a class turned into a community; strangers became students, students became friends, and friends became family. For Mark, TRIBE represents connection and belonging.

In his classes, members can expect proper technique, hard work, and a motivating space with zero fake hype. It’s all about leaving stronger, together.

Outside of the gym, he loves a good Nasi Lemak (nothing too spicy though), and coffee is his best friend. He also enjoys gaming & playing the guitar (when he can find the time in his busy schedule!).
