Mae is supportive, passionate, and quietly driven; someone who believes in building lasting habits over chasing quick wins. Grounded and patient, she meets people where they are, while gently pushing them toward their full potential. Her philosophy is simple: training is a privilege, not a punishment. Mae believes that fitness doesn’t need to be complicated. Often, it’s the simple, foundational work done consistently and with progression that delivers phenomenal results.

She teaches IGNITE and STRENGTH classes, designing her classes to be challenging yet approachable. Expect intentional training focused on proper form, strong foundations, and steady progression. You’ll learn how to strategize effort, manage your heart rate, and understand the why behind each workout, leaving every session feeling accomplished, confident, and proud.

Beyond coaching, Mae works a corporate day job and enjoys a wide mix of hobbies from rock climbing, to scuba diving, to cooking and even playing the piano & guitar! As a history and culture enthusiast, she even speaks pretty decent Korean. She’s happiest when she’s learning, moving, and experiencing new things.
