Jane brings a mix of quiet intensity and playful energy to every class. She’s the kind of instructor who leads by example, motivating others not with words, but by showing up and giving her all. Her classes strike the right balance: you’ll be pushed to new limits, but always leave smiling, sweaty, and buzzing with energy.

She leads our IGNITE classes, which are designed to help you build the strength to go further, whether you’re training for a race, a tough run, or just want to push past your own boundaries. With Jane, expect a killer playlist, plenty of sweat, and that extra push you didn’t know you had. Her goal is simple: to make you feel invincible, ready to tackle anything beyond the studio.

Jane’s TRIBE journey started in 2022 as a boxing instructor, and since then she’s expanded into functional training and conditioning, bringing her love for energy, challenge & community into every session.

Outside the studio, Jane is a foodie on the lookout for new cafes. A former futsal team leader, she thrives in teamwork & camaraderie, and when she travels, it’s all about sun-soaked beaches by day and vibrant bars by night. If you ever need a running buddy, she’s always up for hitting the road.
