FAQ


GENERAL

  • You'll be able to do almost everything you were able to do with your old TRIBE account.

    However, we have moved all booking processes to the TRIBE Studios App and you will not be able to book classes on our website. We are hoping that we can add class booking into our website by the end of 2025.

  • You'll be able to activate your account via the App by Saturday 24th May, you'll be sent an email with set up instructions for your account and links to download the TRIBE Studios App from your respective Application Store. By 12pm, Monday 26th May, you'll be able to book your first class for Tuesday 3rd June 2025 onwards using your new account and the TRIBE Studios App.

  • At the moment, you'll only be able to book classes from TRIBE Studios App only. You'll need to download the TRIBE Studios App and activate your new account on the App itself. Once the set up is complete, you'll be able to book classes as usual on the App from 12pm, Monday 26th May for classes starting Tuesday, 3rd June 2025.

  • You will be sent an email on Monday 26th May 2025 with instructions on how to set up your new account. You'll either be prompted to register a new profile with us or insert a password. You'll be most likely be prompted with the latter, kindly change your password and use this password to access the App where you can activate your new account by updating your Profile information.

  • Your old account will be accessible for 30-90 days after 1st June 2025. You'll be able to access the account but you will not be able to book any classes from that system as we will have migrated our class schedule to the new booking system.

  • If you have an active package in your current account, your packages will be transferred from your current account to your new account from Saturday, 24th May 2025. Between then and until Monday 2nd June 2025, your pacakges will be updated between 9pm to 12am every business day to sync with your old account. After Monday 2nd of June, your credits will be deducted for any class you register for as usual, when you start reserving classes with the TRIBE Studios App

  • Our ClassPass systems will undergo the migration process on Monday 2nd June 2025. This means you will not see any classes on ClassPass from for Tuesday 3rd June to Monday 9th June 2025 until the migration is complete on the same Monday (02/06/25). Classes should be back on ClassPass on Tuesday (03/06/25), where you should be able to see classes for the entire week.

GETTING STARTED

  • You'll be able to download the TRIBE Studios App via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Kindly click the respective links to download the TRIBE Studios App now!

  • Unfortunately, at this moment in time, you will be unable to book classes on our website. Kindly download the TRIBE Studios App and book classes there, it will be the only channel where you can book your classes.

  • Unfortunately, at this moment in time, you will be unable to book classes on our website. Currently, class bookings and reservations are only available via the TRIBE Studios App.

  • Yes, you will still be able to buy your packages via the website. Our new Packages page for the new booking system will go live on Monday 2nd June 2025.

  • Unfortunately, the booking system is unable to support bookings via the website at this moment in time. The team is working on a solution which we hope will be launched by the end of this year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Classes which are available for you Old and current TRIBE account will be on the current schedule until Sunday 1st June 2025. After that, classes on our schedule will only be bookable via the new booking system and on the TRIBE Studios App.

  • You are most likely viewing the schedule from our current booking system, these classes will be on the current schedule until Sunday 1st June 2025. After that, classes on our schedule will only be bookable via the new booking system and on the TRIBE Studios App.

  • There should be some discrepancies between the package credit counts from your Old and New accounts from Saturday 24th May 2025 to 2nd June 2025. The system will be updated in the evening of every business day to reflect the credits used from your Old account to your new account within that week.

    Fret not, the discrepancies should reflect that you hold more credits in your New Account, compared to your current/old account. Should there be less credits in your New Account, kindly drop us a message using this form and we will adjust your credits.

  • We will need to close the studio on Monday 2nd June 2025 to finalise the Booking Sytem migration. This is to ensure that all accounts are ready for the new booking system and reintegrate the ClassPass system.

  • As we are finalising the ClassPass migration on Monday 2nd June 2025, You will be unable to book a class from 3rd June to 9th June 2025 a week before. Classes for Tuesday 3rd June 2025 and onwards will be availble on the ClassPass App on Tuesday 3rd June 2025.

  • We are hoping the booking system will be up and running for website bookings for the end of this year.

  • You will need to contact our team, via email or at the front desk, to set up account pacakge sharing with your friends or family. This will allow your friends or family access to your packages and allow them to join you for classes using a single package. Package sharing is available for the following packages: 5 Class Combo, 10 Class Combo, 30 Class Combo, 50 Class Combo, 100 Class Combo.

SCHEDULE & BOOKING
  • Yes, our Class Schedule will be unchanged.

  • Our schedule follows the same release scheudle as before - you will be able to book classes for a window of 2 weeks. Classes visible on the schedule beyond the 2 week period will prompt you with a message saying "You're outside of the booking window".

  • Tap the 'Book' icon at the bottom of the App to view the Studio's Class Schedule. Once there, navigate to the class you want to book and tap that class. Press the 'Book your spot' button and you will be directed to our spot map. Choose your preferred spot and the package whcih is due to expire first will be credited, and you're in! You will be prompted to share the class to your friends or family and to add the class to your calendar of the booking is successful.

  • Yes, you will be prompted to choose your spot upon tapping the 'Book your spot' button on the class page. You can either tap your preferred spot or cycle through the spots using the navigation keys at the bottom of your screen.

  • Unfortunately, you will be unable to book multiple spots using the same package via the TRIBE Studios App. However, you can share your packages with your friends and family, simply contact our team, via email or at the front desk, to set up account pacakge sharing with your friends or family. This will allow your friends or family access to your packages and allow them to join you for classes using a single package. Package sharing is available for the following packages: 5 Class Combo, 10 Class Combo, 30 Class Combo, 50 Class Combo, 100 Class Combo.

  • Go to the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of your screen. You will be directed to your Profile Page. Tap the 'Schedule' tab and navigate to the class you want to cancel on the 'Upcoming' section. Tap cancel, confirm the cancellation and your reservation will be removed from the class roster. If you are cancelling the class less than 12 hours before the stated start time, your selected package will be credited. Please ensure you cancel the class more than 12 hours before the stated class time to ensure that your credit will be returned upon cancellation.

  • At the Home Page, change your location to the studio with your reservation. Then, go to the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of your screen. You will be directed to your Profile Page. Tap the 'Schedule' tab and navigate to the class you want to cancel on the 'Upcoming' section. Tap the class you want to adjust, and find your spot number. Click the 'Change' button and choose an availble spot. Then tap 'Select'.

    You will only be able to see your spot in a class when your Location is set to the particular studio. So if you want to change your spot for TRIBE Mont Kiara, make sure you change your location to TRIBE Studios Mont Kiara.

  • On the 'Book' Page, you will see the location at the top left corner of your screen. Tap the location and our full locations list will pop up. Select your prefrerred location and you will see the schedule for the Studio you have selected. If you are on the 'Home', 'Buy', or 'More' pages, click the Navigation Pin icon on the right hand corner of your screen to change locations. Your current location will be labelled with a 'Current Location' tag.

THE TRIBE STUDIOS APP
  • You'll be able to download the TRIBE Studios App via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Kindly click the respective links to download the TRIBE Studios App now!

  • You will not be able to see all classes for all our studios in the 'Book' page of the App. To navigate between studios, select the location at the top left hand corner of your screen and select the Studio/Location you want to book a class for.

  • Tap the 'Book' icon at the bottom of the App to view the Studio's Class Schedule. Once there, select your preferred location from the top left corner of your screen. Then, navigate to the class you want to book and tap that class. Press the 'Book your spot' button and you will be directed to our spot map. Choose your preferred spot and your preferred package to credit and you're in! You will be prompted to share the class to your friends or family and to add the class to your calendar of the booking is successful.

  • To filter classes from the 'Book' page of the app, select your preferred location from the top left corner of your screen, then select the dial icon at the top right corner of your screen. You will be able to filter the instructor teaching the class you are interested in. If there is no class on the day you are viewing, threre will be a button which will direct you to the date of their next class, and you will be directed to the respective date. If they are not teaching within the current booking window, you will be prompted that no classes are available, kindly tap 'Clear Filters' to view the full schedule again.

  • Go to the 'Buy' icon at the bottom of your screen, then navigate through our availabel package categories. As we have migrated our system, our Trial Combo will be available for purchase for ALL accounts, even if you have bought it before. Our standard Group Class packages are located in 'Group Class Packages'; with our Push Hour Pass located in 'Push Hour Packages'

  • To find out more details about our packages, go to the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen, and select 'Package Details'. Package details will pop will popup which you will be able to swipe through to find out more details, such as package expiry & validity, shareable or non shareable, price per credit.

  • Go to the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of your screen and tap the 'Schedule' tab. Your Upcoming classes will be listed first, you can tap the arrow next to 'Upcoming' to minimise the section. Then, scroll down until you see your 'Previous' section to navigate through your class history. You will be able to rate and review the class from this page too.

  • Go to the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of your screen and tap the 'Passes' tab. You will see a list of you Active and Expired Packages in the list.

  • Yes - Go to the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of your screen and tap the 'Wallet' tab. You will be able to save your preferred debit or credit card by tapping the 'Add a card' button. This payment option will appear when you buy packages within the app for ease of use.

  • Yes, we have integrated FPX payments. When you buy a package, either select FPX or tap 'Change' and select FPX from the list of payment options.

  • Yes, to enable this feature first go to the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen, and tap 'Settings'. Scroll down to 'Permissions' and enable 'Allow access to Calendar'. You will be prompted to amend your phone's settings, once permissions are granted you will be able to sync your classes to your preferred calendar. To add classes to your calendar, after you have chosen your spot and confirmed your class registrations, simply Tap 'Add to Calendar' from the popup and your class will be added to your preferred calendar from your phone's settings.

  • Go to the 'Profile' icon at the bottom of your screen and tap the 'Schdule' tab. Your Upcoming classes will be listed first, you can tap the arrow next to 'Upcoming' to minimise the section. Then, scroll down until you see your 'Previous' section to navigate through your class history. You will be able to rate and review the class from this page.
